All Newtownabbey Footgolf Sales are Final. All paid greenfees are final and absolute, no refunds are given at any time.
All services purchased from Newtownabbey Footgolf must be preceded by the applicant acknowledging that they have no physical limitations preventing them from participation.
Furthermore, all applicants release Newtownabbey footgolf, its owners, and all employees of all liability regarding:
1) any injury to self or child
2) any loss or damage to personal property.
All players must report to reception before commencing play. Groups arriving at Newtownabbey Footgolf inebriated/drunk or under the influence of alcohol/drugs will be refused entry and instructed to leave the premises, no refunds will be given. The level of language must be adequately acceptable in a family orientated environment, failure to comply will again result in being asked to leave the premises.
